CapVenture Holdings has developed a strategy built on a successful business model that has taken many years to develop. Our acquisition model remains the same since day one - every property must have positive cash flow from day one. We also have a conservative approach to value-add strategies and exit plans or legacy planning. We are long-term property owners instead of flipping properties which are impacted significantly by taxes. Our plan is focused on cash flow (usually tax free), tax benefits, equity growth, and legacy building. All acquisition analysis and asset management is handled in-house by our team.
